This warranty is issued by The Rusukh Saudi Company. Any additional products are guaranteed by their authorized agents. This warranty does not extend to customers or maintenance service agents and is only valid at the maintenance centers described in this warranty.
Warranty Validity
- Warranty Card and Purchase Invoice: The warranty will only be applicable if the warranty card and the original purchase invoice are stamped with the seller’s stamp and indicate the date of purchase.
- Warranty Period: The warranty is valid for a specific period as shown in the warranty periods table, starting from the date of purchase. If the seller does not put the date of purchase on the warranty card, the date of sale of the device from the institution to the seller will be taken as the date of purchase.
- Void Warranty: The warranty will be void if any part of the device or model’s serial number is removed, replaced, or disconnected.
Coverage
- Workmanship Defects: The institution guarantees all workmanship defects and the replacement of the product. Upon receipt of the product by the customer, the institution’s responsibility is considered discharged.
- Repair and Replacement Time:
- The repair time for defects covered by the warranty is up to 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The product replacement time, if repair is not possible, is up to 30 working days.
- Shipping Service:
- Shipping service (delivery) takes up to 7 days and is not counted within the maintenance time.
- The warranty covers free repair or replacement service for accessory parts in the event of a manufacturing defect.
- The warranty does not imply replacing the product or refunding its value. Home service under warranty will be paid.
Exclusions
- Shipping Costs: The costs of shipping the product to and from the institution are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must send the product to our warehouse according to the address provided when communicating with the maintenance department.
- Customer Misuse and External Damage:
- Malfunctions resulting from defects or damage due to customer misuse, accidents, sabotage, or external maintenance works known to the customer.
- Fractures and wear due to frequent irregular use (negligence) and non-adherence to the operating manual and periodic maintenance work.
- The type of defect is determined by the institution’s technician according to a report submitted to the maintenance department.
- Any modification of the product by the customer.
This warranty policy ensures that all customers are aware of the terms and conditions under which their products are covered and outlines the responsibilities of both the institution and the customer.
