These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of all services and products (“Products”) commercialized by Rusukh (“Company”). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use our Products.
1. Technical Documentation
- A standard manual is included with the instrument.
- The user manual, if available, can be downloaded for free in English or Arabic from our website: http://www.rusukh.com.
2. Prices
- Prices are EXW Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and are valid for the period specified in the offer.
- Applicable taxes will be calculated at the date of invoicing.
- Shipment, packaging, insurance, certificates, or any other documents are charged as extra costs.
- The minimum order amount is 500 SAR, EXW net price.
3. Delivery Time
- Delivery time indicated on the order acknowledgment is for information purposes only.
- Penalties for delayed shipment do not apply.
- For prepaid orders against a pro forma invoice, manufacturing begins on the day we receive notice from our bank, and delivery time applies from this date.
4. Shipment
- Shipments are made without insurance freight and are the client’s responsibility.
- Freight insurance can be arranged if the client sends a written order.
5. Shipping Back to the Factory
- We are not responsible for damage due to transportation; original packing should be used.
- Goods can only be returned with a reference of agreement from us.
- Special packaging or repairs after maintenance will be detailed in our quote.
6. Payment Terms
- Prepayment is required against a pro forma invoice by SWIFT.
- The buyer bears all bank collection costs in their country, and the seller bears all bank collection costs in their country.
7. Property
- Property is acquired once full payment is received.
- Our responsibility is limited to supplying the instruments or refunding the prepayment.
- The seller reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts according to the directives of the E.C.
8. Warranty
- The normal warranty period is one year from the date of invoicing.
- Under a project number issued by us, products are returned for expertise.
- The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts, excluding freight and packaging costs.
9. Packing, Shipment, Insurance, Certificate
- Specific inquiries can be quoted on request, e.g., material certificate cost depends on the referring organism.
10. Statement
- By using the Rusukh site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms periodically without notice, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these changes.
11. Definitions
- “You” refers to the user of the site Rusukh.
- “We” refers to RCG LLC, Adana, Turkey.
